Information you send to us
When you submit an inquiry, contact us by email, or open a WhatsApp conversation, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, part reference, machine information, photos, quantity and destination country.
How we use it
EexcavaStart uses this information only to identify a requested part, prepare a quotation, communicate about the inquiry and improve the accuracy of future support. We do not sell inquiry information.
Form handling
The website inquiry form is delivered to our sales inbox through FormSubmit. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp under its own service terms. Please avoid sending confidential payment information through the inquiry form.
